Cultural Performance Analysis: Utilising our carefully designed analysis software alongside chosen interviews with key individuals, ICC completes an annual Cultural Performance Analysis to understand performance directions across your business. This is based on the Five Drivers of High-Performance. Post-analysis, we highlight trends, strengths and development areas in your performance culture, providing you with all the signalling needed for your journey to sustainable high-performance.

Performance Taskforce: ICC can support you to create a Performance Taskforce, selecting a group of culturally aligned team members. The goal of the taskforce is to create cultural ownership from within, to take actionable steps resulting from the Cultural Performance Analysis and to help embed a high-performance culture throughout your organisation. Highly structured and action-centred briefings are facilitated quarterly by ICC.
