We had an interesting conversation with a client yesterday about coaching and training of staff and he brought up the subject of stickiness. He told us that top of mind for his organisation is retaining staff. “We need to improve our stickiness”, he said. “Lots of people are leaving and it makes life very difficult.” He’s not alone.
