How does it work?

ICC supports Executives to create a purposeful and collaborative culture that enables your teams to thrive.

  • Minimum 6-month engagement
  • 1 x 60-90 minute performance coaching session per month (virtual or in-person)
  • Pre-session objective-setting completed by participant one week prior to each session
  • An ICC ‘Leadership Principle’ provided for consideration in advance of each session
  • Post-session assignment provided by ICC to further develop ideas and action-learnings for participant
  • ICC coach available to participant between sessions for short check-ins
