ICC Executive Coaching helps to refine, challenge, harness and develop the high-performance mindsets of those at the top of your organisation. Every session provides off-the-scale ROI and in-depth discussions that force self-reflection and subtle changes (sometimes not so subtle!). 

ICC coaching stimulates Executives to own a more fine-tuned and deliberate approach to leadership – driven by purpose, shaped by priority and delivered with a high-performance skill-set. This is coaching for the future of your organisation.

How does it work?

When coached effectively, people gain more fulfilment from existing circumstances while also feeling empowered to move forward with purpose and passion. ICC supports Executives to create a purposeful and collaborative culture that your teams thrive within.

  • Minimum 12-month engagement
  • 1 x 60-90 minute performance coaching session per month (virtual or in-person)
  • Pre-session objective-setting completed by client one week prior to each session
  • An ICC ‘Leadership Principle’ provided for consideration in advance of each session
  • Post-session assignment provided by ICC to further develop ideas and action-learnings for client
  • ICC coach available to client between sessions for short check-ins
