Once described as the “leaders’ coach”, Jazz’s extraordinary ability to ask the uncommon question is what sets her apart as a performance specialist. Alongside her professional coaching credentials, Jazz is certified in psychotherapy and counselling and is a qualified nutrition coach. In the early 2000’s, Jazz raced around the world on a yacht, an experience that cemented the determination and positivity that uphold both her professional and personal integrity today.

Kenton Cool - Founder

Kenton Cool - Founder

Mountaineer, Summit Coach and Speaker

Kenton is one of the world’s leading high-altitude mountaineers, a leadership expert, keynote speaker and summit coach.

Whatever the setting, KC has the rare ability to encourage individuals and teams to move beyond their perceived tolerance level: safely, efficiently and with purpose. Crucially, he believes that success only comes to those who are enjoying the process.

A fall in 1996 shattered both his heel bones and his recovery involved a year of surgery and time in a wheelchair. It was this early setback that helped him develop an unrelenting drive to succeed. With 19 Everest summits, his record is unsurpassed by any other mountain leader. Kenton’s autobiography, One Man’s Everest, describes his journey through life.

Decades of handling challenges and opportunities in real time, while maintaining clarity of judgement and confident decision-making, is the juice that KC brings to the ICC family.

Alex Gregory MBE, OLY - Mentor and Mindset Coach

Alex Gregory MBE, OLY - Mentor and Mindset Coach

Transformational High-Performance Coach

Alex is a father of three and a two-time Olympic Gold medallist. He is also an author of Dadventures, a seven-time Guinness World Record holder, and a keynote speaker. Alex’s path to success was by no means straightforward. The first eight years of his sporting career failed to meet his and others’ expectations, defined by disaster, failure, pressure, stress and injury.

But everything changed after a ‘pivot moment’. His failures became lessons and his successes became tools which allowed him to operate at the highest of levels. He left the world of international rowing after crossing the line to win his second Olympic gold as one of only three men in the world to have won every major championship in six consecutive years.

Having retired from international sport, he now shares his lessons with others through speaking engagements and coaching. Alex is an expert on how to build and sustain high performing teams and he brings his expertise to the ICC family, offering speaking and coaching opportunities to our very lucky clients!

Since retiring from sport Anna has become a leading inspirational speaker on resilience and high performance. In her speeches she reveals the thinking, methodology and techniques she used to become a world champion 6 times and how those strategies can be applied directly to the business world.

Sarah Giles - Transformative Life Coach

Sarah is a transformation coach, helping individuals to unlock their potential and make deep and lasting changes to their lives. She works with people to highlight areas that are preventing growth and – most importantly – supports them to achieve the outcomes or changes they genuinely want to see in their lives.

Sarah’s coaching career is borne out of a 15-year tenure in London, supporting very senior leaders in multinational management consultancies and law firms with their marketing, communications and business development needs.

As a coach, Sarah explores each individual’s cognitive, emotional, sensory and relational patterns in order to create a more complete understanding of their perspective on the world. She deconstructs these patterns and helps her clients improve their self-awareness and see things afresh. Through this work occurs the greater potential to unlock a transformational shift, empowering people to rethink what is possible.

Outside of coaching you will find Sarah enjoying time with her family, cycling, in the yoga studio or in the coffee shop!
